Gil Chavez and Maurizio DeGeronimi are partners of PTG Restaurant and Caterers. Together, Gil and Maurizio worked on the Italian cruise line, Costa Cruises, for ten years. During their ten years, they gained experience in the kitchens, dining rooms, ballrooms and midnight buffets. They are pleased to bring this experience to you! Gil and Maurizio have been creating sumptuous custom Italian banquets for six years at the Roxborough location.
